OSAP - Ontario Student Assistance Program
OSAP is a financial aid program that can help you pay for college or university. The program provides loans with special repayment rules that may save you money versus other traditional loans, as well as the potential for grants (non-repayable) depending on your family income situation.
OSAP is open to Ontario residents who are Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or protected persons. Other eligibility criteria may apply. It may even be possible to use OSAP funds at an out of province school, or an international school, so it’s worth a look as a source of funds!
