Each year, over 100 mini-courses are offered to students from Eastern Ontario and the Outaouais region. Take a week to explore a subject that interests you, spend a few days on campus, and get a taste of life at university! In 2025, the mini-courses will run from April 28 to May 2 at the University of Ottawa and Carleton University.

OCDSB Students will have the option to engage with the Mini-Course program, however schools will not make recommendations or approve student participation. All registrations will be completed directly through the Mini-Course website by parents/guardians who are interested in having their child participate. Please note that registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis (limited spots available) and must be completed by Feb 20th, 2025.

Students who would like to participate should register online. This includes selecting courses and providing payment.

If your child is successful in securing a spot in the Program, please advise the school of your registration into the Mini-course programs for attendance tracking.
